Data Information:
18772 nodes (authors)
396160 edges (papers)

Data was split into three blocks, each of size 6257.
Each block was downsampled by N=100. About 62 authors were bunched together to create one vertex in the 100x100 data set. 
 
Then the total number of joint papers were scaled by the largest number so the largest weight is normalized to 1.
